Day 1
I have been running all winter, and signed up to run a Marathon with some friends for my 40th birthday coming up this December. The Marathon is November 13th and the group has decided to build a strong foundation by adding crossfit back into our regimin of workouts.
Today
We ran 3 miles (27:53) and completed 3 rounds of
15 front squates (#45)
20 sec handstand hold
30 sit ups
20 sec handstand hold
total time 13:59
